Hosting
The website and the VINCORO application are operated in the European Union. VINCORO production data is held in a dedicated instance on Microsoft Azure in the EU.
Access data
When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested resource, user agent). There is no evaluation for advertising purposes.
Reach measurement
We use Plausible Analytics, self-hosted and without cookies. No personal profiles are created and no data is transmitted to Google or comparable providers.
Forms
If you use the demo form, the contact form or the newsletter, we process the data you provide solely to handle your enquiry or to send the newsletter. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where the enquiry is pre-contractual, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.
Newsletter
Subscription uses double opt-in. You receive an email with a confirmation link. Without confirmation we store the address only temporarily. You can unsubscribe in every issue with one click.
Cookies
This website does not set tracking cookies. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
